We are a proudly Mexican company dedicated to the production of artisanal mezcal in Puebla, Mexico, having 9 years of experience in its commercialization.
We are committed with the reactivation of the local economy and the conservation of culture and tradition of Mezcal in the town of Guadalupe Amolocayan, Puebla, as well as the appropriate management of natural resources, always complying with the highest quality standards and also preserving local tradition.
We make sure that the firewood we consume is certified by SEMARNART, the government organization that regulates matters related to natural resources in Mexico.
Furthermore, we are Endorsed by the Mezcal Quality Regulatory Council (COMERCAM).
